Moira Downes-Sabo brings a thoughtful and relationship-driven approach to Hamptons real estate, combining a background in education, community leadership, and client advocacy with a deep appreciation for the East End lifestyle. Based in Southampton with  Nest Seekers International, she represents buyers, sellers, and renters throughout the Hamptons market.

With a Master’s degree in Special Education from Hofstra University, Moira spent years in education, including helping develop special education programming at Herricks Middle School. Her experience as an educator shaped the communication, patience, and personalized care that now define her approach with clients.

Following her own experience with breast cancer, Moira became deeply involved in advocacy and community support efforts across the East End. She serves in leadership roles with  Lucia’s Angels and  Coalition for Women’s Cancers, organizations dedicated to supporting women and families affected by cancer throughout Eastern Long Island.
